Manually Distributing Vouchers and Adjustments
- Open the Voucher Adjustment Distribution form.
- To add a distribution, select Actions > New.

Specify this information:
- Vendor
- Select the vendor whose voucher or adjustment you want to distribute.
- Voucher
- Select the transaction you want to distribute.
- Type
- Select the entry type:
- Voucher: The entry is for a vendor's invoice or credit memo.
- Adjustment: The entry is an adjustment to a posted transaction.

These fields are populated based on the vendor and transaction:
- GRN
- The goods receiving note is displayed.
- Invoice
- The vendor's invoice number is displayed.
- Distribution Date
- The distribution date that was originally assigned to the transaction is displayed.
- PO
- The purchase order number that authorized the purchase from the vendor is displayed.
- Pre-Register
- The pre-register number of the selected transaction is displayed.
- Invoice Date
- The invoice date is displayed.
- Distribution Sequence
- The next available sequence number is displayed. This number is used to order the distributions for the selected transaction.

On the
Allocation And Tax tab,
specify this information:
- Tax System
- Specify the number of the tax system to use with this tax distribution. Leave the field blank for non-tax distributions.
- Tax Basis
- Specify the domestic currency amount on which the tax amount is based.
- Tax Code
- The rate tax code is displayed.
- Tax Code - Exempt
- The tax code entered on the voucher for Tax System 2 is displayed.
- Amount
- Specify the amount to distribute to the G/L account.
- Exchange Rate
- The exchange rate is displayed.
- Currency
- The vendor's currency is displayed.
- Account
- Select the General Ledger account to post the transaction to.
- Save the record.
- Repeat the steps to continue distributing the transaction until the value in the Distribution Total field on the Amounts tab equals that of the Invoice Amount field.
