Viewing A/R Posted Transaction Summaries

Note: If the customer is on credit hold, a red X is displayed to the right of the Currency field; otherwise, a green check mark is displayed.
  1. Open the A/R Posted Transactions Summary form.
  2. On the form, select the customer for whom you want to view a summary.

    Turn off Filter-in-Place.

  3. These fields are populated based on the customer:
    (Customer Name)
    The name of the customer is displayed.
    Currency
    The customer's currency is displayed.
    Credit Limit
    The customer's credit limit is displayed.
    Posted Balance
    The customer's posted balance is displayed. It is updated during invoice payment and finance charge posting from accounts receivable.
    Order Balance
    The amount of the customer's goods that have not been invoiced is displayed.
    Show
    This field determines which site's transactions are displayed in the grid.
  4. Select Subordinate to view the posted transactions of subordinate customers for the displayed corporate customer.
  5. This information is displayed in the grid:
    Invoice
    Either the invoice number is displayed or Open is displayed.
    Site
    The original site of the transaction is displayed.
    Invoice Date
    The date of the invoice, debit, or finance charge transaction is displayed.
    Due/Paid Date
    The due date of the invoice or the paid date of the payment is displayed.
    Original Amount
    The original amount of the invoice is displayed.
    Balance
    The balance is displayed only for vouchers and invoices. Payments and adjustments are applied against their respective vouchers and invoices. The transactions on this form reflect those payments and adjustments.
    Cash Due
    The total cash for the transaction due is displayed.
  6. Click Pay With Credit Card to open the Credit Card Payment Information form.
  7. Click Details to open the A/R Posted Transactions Detail form to view the detail information for the currently selected transaction.
