Viewing A/R Posted Transactions Details
- Open the A/R Posted Transaction Details form.

Select the customer for whom you want to view transaction details.
Turn off Filter-in-Place.

These fields are displayed based on the customer:
- (Customer Name)
- The name of the customer is displayed.
- Corporate Customer
- If the primary customer is a subordinate of another customer, the ID of the corporate customer is displayed.
- (Corporate Customer Name)
- The name of the corporate customer is displayed.
- Credit Limit
- The customer's credit limit is displayed.
- Currency
- The customer's currency is displayed.
- Corp. Credit
- If this check box is selected, the customer is using corporate credit limits for credit limit processing. If this check box is not selected, the subordinate customer's credit is used for credit limit processing.
- Posted Balance
- The customer's posted balance is displayed. This amount reflects the sum of only the customer's open items.
- On Order Balance
- The amount of the customer's goods that have not been invoiced displays in the domestic currency.
- Show
- The site where the transaction is stored is displayed.
- Type
- The transaction type is displayed:
- Invoice
- Payment
- Debit Memo
- Credit Memo
- Finance Charge
- (Type Description)
- The description of the current invoice is displayed.
- Number
- The invoice, debit memo or credit memo number associated with the transaction is displayed.
- (Number Description)
- The description of the currently selected invoice, debit memo, or credit memo is displayed.
- Apply to Invoice
- Select the invoice to which the debit memo or credit memo is applied.
- Order
- The order number associated with the transaction is displayed.
- X-Ref Button
- Click this button to open the associated order form to associate the transaction to an invoice.
- Site
- The site ID that is associated with the Current Site or Site ID (based on the Show field) is displayed.
- Active
- This check box is selected if the posted transaction is active.
- Check/Reference
- If the transaction is a payment, the check number is displayed. Or, the reference numbers used for debits and credits is displayed.
- G/L Reference
- The G/L reference for each transaction is displayed.
- Payment Type
- The payment type for the current payment is displayed.
- Invoice Date
- The date of the invoice, debit, or finance charge transaction is displayed.
- Discount Date
- The discount date for the transaction is displayed. Optionally, select a different date.
- Due/Paid Date
- The due date of the invoice or the check receipt date of the payment is displayed. This field is blank when there are multiple due date payment terms for the invoice.
- Amount
- The amount of the invoice, debit memo, credit memo, finance charge, or check (if the transaction is a payment) is displayed.
- Discount Allowance
- The amount of the discount or allowance given to the customer on the transaction is displayed.
- Exchange Rate
- The exchange rate for the current transaction is displayed.
- Fixed Rate
- This check box is selected if the current transaction uses a fixed rate.
- A/R Account
- The number of the Accounts Receivable account to which the transaction will be or has been posted is displayed.
Use the buttons on the A/R Posted Transactions Detail form as described here:
- Click Summary to open the A/R Posted Transactions Summary form.
- Click Invoice Listing to open the Order Invoice Listing form for a sales invoice order or the Contract Invoice Listing form for a contract invoice number.
- Click Pay With Credit Card to open the Credit Card Payment Information form.
