Creating an Interaction Topic

To create a new interaction topic:

  1. On the Interaction Topics form, select Actions > New.
  2. Select the interaction type for which you want to create a new topic:
    • Company
    • Customer
    • Vendor
  3. Specify the new topic and a description for it.

    The Topic field on the Interactions form is populated by what you specify here. For example, if you choose Vendor as the interaction type and specify New Orders as the topic, then New Orders appears as a choice in the Topic field on the Interactions form.

  4. For multi-lingual topics, select the additional languages. Translate the topic description into any additional languages.
  5. Save the record.
