Generating the EC Sales List Report
- Open the EC Sales List Report.

Use these check boxes to select the information to include in the
report:
- Include Freight
- Select this check box to include freight in the customer's total value of supplies.
- Include Misc Charges
- Select this check box to include miscellaneous charges in the customer's total value of supplies.
- Show Detail
- Select this check box to print more detail on the report.
- Display Report Header
- Select this check box to include report headers in the output.

Specify this information:
- Calendar Quarter on Report
- Specify the calendar quarter to appear on the report.
- Site Group
- Select the multi-site group to use as the source for records in the report.

For these fields, select the range of values to include in the
report:
- Tax Period Date
- Customer
- EC Code
- Select Increment Date to automatically increment the date range and re-run the report.
- Click Preview to view the report output before printing.
- Click Print to run the report and print the output.
