Updating A/R Balance History
- Open the A/R Balance History form.
- Select the date through which to run the utility. The current date is displayed by default.
- Optionally, select Increment Date to automatically increment the date range and re-run the utility.
- Select the range of customers to include in the utility.
- Select Reset Period Count To 1 if you want to reset customers' balance history information.
- Click .
