Running the Journal Control Number Report

  1. On the Journal Control Number Report, specify this information:
    Journal ID
    Select the journal ID to include in the report.
    Type
    Select whether to run the report against control numbers or ref control numbers.
    Display Report Header
    Select this check box to print report headers on the report.
    Show Foreign Amounts
    Select this check box to include foreign debit and credit amounts on the report.
  2. For these fields, select the range of values to include in the report:
    • Control Prefix
    • Control Site
    • Control Year
    • Control Period
    • Control Number
  3. Click Preview to view the output before printing.
  4. Click Print to run the report and view the output.
