Viewing Time Phased Inventory Status

  1. Open the Time Phased Inventory Status form.
  2. Filter for the item for which you want to view information.
  3. This information is populated based on the item:
    Description
    A description of the item is displayed.
    Warehouse
    The warehouse in which the item is stored is displayed.
    SPA Number
    The unique identification of a special pricing agreement record is displayed.
    Quantity On Hand
    The quantity on hand of the item is displayed.
    Include SPA Numbers
    When the SPA Number field is blank and this check box is selected, then all consumptions and replenishments for the item are displayed, including those that are for references containing a specific SPA. When the SPA Number field is blank and this check box is cleared, then the grid does not include consumptions and replenishments for references linked to a specific SPA.
    Reserved for Orders
    The quantity of the item at all warehouses that is reserved for orders is displayed. This field represents the quantity at all warehouses.
  4. In the Starting Date field, select a date to filter the display to show the beginning balance and all records with a date on or after the date specified. The Projected On Hand value includes records earlier than the specified date. If you change the date, click Refresh to apply the new starting date to the items already displayed.

    If you leave the starting date blank, the form returns all records (up to the record limit).

  5. This information is displayed in the grid:
    Date
    The date on which an activity is due to occur is displayed. For example, the date when a corresponding planned order or receipt should occur is displayed.
    Projected On Hand
    The quantity left after the transaction is completed is displayed.
    Requirement/Receipt
    The sum of outstanding items is displayed for these transactions:
    • Items to be shipped on sales orders
    • Items to be shipped on transfers
    • Items to be issued to material transactions
    • Items to be received on purchase orders
    • Items to be received from transfers
    • Items to be received from SROs
    Reference
    The reference indicating the planned source for the replenishment of this item is displayed:
    • SRO: Lists the SRO number, line, and operation number.
    • PO: Lists the purchase order number and line number.
    • TRN: Lists the transfer number and line number.
    Cust/Vend/Parent
    The name of the customer ordering the item or the vendor supplying the item is displayed.
