Working with IDM Report Templates
The IDM report consists of an XML that is generated from Service Management and a report template Microsoft Word document, which is stored in a folder in IDM.
To enable the use of IDM reporting, perform these tasks:
- Select Enable IDM Integration for Reports on the Integration Parameters form.
- On the IDM Report Templates form, click to load the predefined report and email message templates.
- Optionally, you can specify your own template by changing the value in the Report Template or Email Template fields.
When using the imported configurations, the predefined report templates will be stored in the IDM Document Type called ISM Form Template and the predefined email templates will be stored in the IDM Document Type called ISM Email Template. You can download and customize these document types using the Microsoft Word add-in. See the Infor Document Management Output Management User Guide for more information about using the Microsoft Word add-in. You can then re-upload the customized template to IDM with a different name.
