Rebalance Item Qty Allocated to Transfer

Use this utility to rebalance the On Transfer and the Alloc Transfers fields, which both appear on the Item/Warehouse form.

The following occurs:

  • The On Transfer and Alloc Transfer fields for all item warehouses are set to zero.
  • The system checks each transfer line item with a status of Ordered or Transit.
  • The Alloc Transfers field for the From Warehouse is incremented by the quantity requested minus quantity shipped.
  • The system increments the On Transfer field for the To Warehouse by the quantity requested minus quantity received plus the quantity lost.
