Rebalancing Customer Balances

  1. Open the Rebalance Customer Balances form.
  2. In the From/To Customer fields, select the range of customers for whom you are rebalancing.
  3. In the Multi-Site Group ID field, select the multi-site group to use in the rebalancing process.
  4. Click Rebalance Customers.
