Adding a Commission Value for a Salesperson

  1. Open the Commission Table Maintenance form.
  2. On the form, select Actions > New.
  3. Specify this information:
    Salesperson
    Specify the salesperson code associated with this particular salesperson.
    Product Code
    Specify the product code on which to determine the commission.
    SRO Type
    Specify the SRO type associated with the customer service order.
    Service Contract Types
    Specify the code for the contract type.
    SRO [1-5]
    These fields reflect the commission percentages available to your company. The first commission percentage field is used by the default version of the commission calculation routine. The remaining commission percentage fields are designed to be applied to the (CommCalcSp) stored procedure by your system administrator as you like.
  4. Save the record.
