About EFT Output Filenames

If the EFT format is ALLEFT or BBMEFT, the file name is incremented each time the post process is run, so the file is never overwritten.

If the EFT format is ABAFILE, the file name format is EFT + year + day + month + '.dat'. If you post twice on the same day, the file is overwritten so that it contains all records for that day (the originally posted records and the newly posted ones).

The format of the EFT output file depends on the value of the EFT Format field on the Accounts Payable Parameters form.
