Deleting Interactions
- Open the Delete Interactions form.
- Select the type of interaction you want to delete.

For these fields, select the range of values to include in the
process:
- Company/Customer/Vendor
- Interaction
- Interaction Date
- Follow-Up Date
- Topic
- For the Interaction Date and Follow-Up Date fields, select Increment Date if you want to put the utility on the background queue and automatically re-run the process based on the selected frequency.
- Click Process.
