Running a Trace

  1. Open each form needed to reproduce the scenario for diagnosis.
  2. Open the Infor Profiler/Trace Utility form.
  3. Click Start.
  4. Reproduce the scenario for diagnosis (without closing the Infor Profiler/Trace Utility form).
  5. Return the to the Infor Profiler/Trace Utility form.
  6. Click Stop.
  7. Access the trace file.
  8. Email a compressed (zipped) version to technical support.
