Update SO/SRO to Pick List Status - Workflow Event Handler
Use this event handler to automatically update the working status of a service order based on when a pick list is printed.
To turn on this functionality, select on the Workflow Event Handler Activation form for the Handler Description €œUpdate SO/SRO to Pick ListStatus€� and Event Name ISMWorkingStatusUpdate.
Initiating Process
This event is triggered when either a line from a sales order or a transaction from a service order is included in the printing of a pick list.
Variable Information
The value of the working status is changed to the value stored in the Event Global Constants for ISMPickListStatus.
Note:
NOTE: This value
should be set to a valid service status code.
