Security roles

Users assigned to a security role in Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le are automatically a member of the corresponding group in Birst. When a user is assigned to a role in Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le User Management, the SecurityUserMaster BOD is sent to Birst to automatically synchronize the user and their role to the Birst User and Birst Space Group.

Security role	Description
ISMBIRST-User	This role is assigned to all Service Management Analytics Users. This role gives the user access to the Service Management Analytics application in Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le.
ISMBIRST-Model-Administrator	This role gives the user access to the Birst application in Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le. This role gives the user Administrator privileges in the Model space.
ISMBIRST-Consumer-Administrator	This role gives the user access to the Birst application in Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le. This role gives the user Administrator privileges in the Consumer space.
ISMBIRST-SystemAdministrator	This role gives the user access to the Birst application in Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le. This role gives the user Account Administrator privileges for the Tenant.
ISMBIRST-ServiceOrders	This role gives the user access to the Service Orders collection, dashboards, reports, and the Service CSA.
ISMBIRST-Contracts	This role gives the user access to the Contracts collection, dashboards, reports, and CSA.
ISMBIRST-Rentals	This role gives the user access to the Rentals collection, dashboards, reports, and the Contracts CSA.
ISMBIRST-WarrantyClaims	This role gives the user access to the Warranty Claims collection, dashboards, reports, and CSA.
