Saving the portal configuration

In the event that you will need to restore or re-use a portal configuration, you can save a completed configuration and later re-load it using the Portal Manager. For example, you can save the configuration of a test portal to later load into the production portal of the same type.

  1. In the Portal Manager, select Portal Configuration > Save Configuration.
  2. On the form that opens, expand the tree and select the options to save. A description of each option is provided in Portal configuration options.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Specify a name and location for your configuration file and click Save.
