Providing your company contact information
- If no phone number has been provided on the Portal Parameters
form, the phone number from General Parameters is displayed on
the portal Contact Us page.
- If you specify an email address on the General Parameters form
in the Primary Site, a Send Questions or
Comments button is displayed on the portal Contact
Us page. When portal users click the button, their default email
program is opened with the email address already entered, so they can send you a
message. The email address itself is not displayed on the page.
