Mapping Azure AD IDs to portal user accounts in the back office

This topic assumes that you have already set up Service Portal users in the Infor Service Management back office, according to the instructions in the portal administration guide.

  1. In the Azure portal, select Azure Active Directory > Users and groups.
  2. Select a user to map with an account in the back office.
  3. Copy the user’s object ID.
  4. In the back office, open the Users form.
  5. Filter to find the applicable user account.
  6. In the Workstation Domain/ID field, paste the object ID.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Repeat for each portal user account.

    Now, after users are authenticated in any one of the Azure AD SSO applications, they can access the portal without providing login credentials.
