Activating workflow event handlers

  1. Open the Workflow Event Handler Activation form.
  2. Filter the form to show only event handlers where the Application field is set to Service Portal. Currently, these event handlers can be used:
    • Alert Users of a New Customer Document
    • Alert Users of a New Service Portal Document
    • Notify Portal Incident Created
    • Notify Portal SRO Labor Transaction Created
    • Notify Portal SRO Material Transaction Created
    • Notify Portal SRO Miscellaneous Transaction Created
    • Notify Portal Unit Registration Created
    • Notify Portal Unit Registration Approval
    • Notify Portal Unit Registration Rejected
  3. For each of these event handlers, select the Active for This Site check box.
