Farm configuration

The Content Versions tab under Farm Configuration is used for managing content versions at the farm level. All content versions in the farm are displayed, whether or not they have been activated for the current portal. To work with content versions on this tab, the portal does not have to be enabled for development.

On this tab, you can perform these tasks:

  • Copy, delete, or export any content version that is closed for development. Exporting the content version here allows you to store it as a packaged .zip file, which can then be imported into other portals or used as a backup copy.
  • Import Infor or custom content versions. Infor content versions are imported when version updates are released. See the portal installation guide for information about updating portal content.
  • View the order of managed schema for content versions that include MSSQL data sources with managed schema data store types.
  • Clear the cache for a selected content version.
