IPFToggleAdmin formatter

This formatter supports the ToggleAdmin functionality as an FDF. ToggleAdmin is used to enable a maintenance (wrench) icon for users with Is Administrator permissions in Portal Manager, so they can access the developer mode tools while on a portal page.

This formatter associates the toggle functionality with the cell. The actual content displayed in the cell is controlled by the Field Display Format attribute on the formatter.

In the IPF portals, the ImageSPToggleAdmin16x16Click FDF has been placed in the far-left cell of the MasterTopHeader_TopBar layout, so ToggleAdmin functionality is included on every portal page with MasterTopHeader.

Note: For users who view the portal in a narrow viewport, the IPFToggleAdmin formatter is located in the MasterTopHeader_MenuBar320 layout. It is in the HamburgerMenu region, HamburgerMenuER, DeveloperModeER, ToggleAdminImage component near the bottom left.

If you create new portal pages, and you want to provide ToggleAdmin, you must either include the MasterTopHeader_TopBar in your main page layout, or create a new layout that includes this FDF.
