Errors when removing a server

When you remove a server from a farm, this error could occur:

• Last server cannot be removed from the farm.

  This message is displayed: "Could not save Server '{0}': Cannot remove Server from Farm '{1}' as this would result in an invalid IPFControl setup. Use the Uninstall utility to remove the final server from the farm."

  To resolve, you must use the IPF Installer to uninstall the last server from the farm. See the portal installation guide.
