Partners

Use this form to create, update, or delete partner information. A partner is a resource (person) who can be used to resolve incidents and perform service request orders. A partner can be an employee, customer, or vendor. Partners can be specified as the SSR and/or as the "owner" of an incident. Partner IDs can be linked to customer IDs, vendor IDs, and/or user IDs.

On the Scheduling tab, you can update information relating to the Exchange Integration service for a particular partner.
