Update To Be Scheduled Flag

When the Parts Fulfillment mode is set to Automatic, the Awaiting Parts Actions and Parts Received Actions functionality is activated.

  • When Update To Be Scheduled is selected for the Awaiting Parts Actions, the To Be Scheduled check box on the Incident and SRO is cleared when it is awaiting parts.
  • When Update To Be Scheduled is selected for the Parts Received Actions, the To Be Scheduled on the Incident and SRO is selected when the parts are received.

If the To Be Scheduled check box is cleared, regardless of the Action, the Incident and SRO To Be Scheduled check box is not affected by the system when parts are outstanding or received.

Setting the Awaiting Parts functionality to control this field can help manage the tasks that are considered for scheduling, de-cluttering the scheduling board.
