Reviewing SRO Working Status History

You can review the history of all changes to this service order's working status, for example, to see if the service order was on hold at any point or if it was opened and closed more than one time.

To do this, click History on the General tab of the Service Orders form. The SRO Working Status History form is displayed.

Whenever the working status code was changed, a snapshot of other information was stored, such as the lead partner, date of the change, and user.

If a change was made from Service Management Mobile and GPS is enabled, the GPS location and date are also saved, so you can plot the location where the status was changed on the Map form.

Click Details to open the Service Orders form linked to the current SRO.

Click Show Current on Map to show the GPS coordinates for the currently selected row on the Map form.

Click Show Collection on Map to show the GPS coordinates for all records in the grid in a trail on the Map form.
