Running the Service Order Margin Report

  1. Open the Service Order Margin Report.
  2. For these fields, select the range of values to include in the report:
    • SRO
    • Unit
    • Incident
    • Region
    • Customer
    • Trans Date
  3. Specify this information:
    Increment Date
    See Increment Date.
    Print Options
    Select the information to include in the report output.
    Sort By
    Select the order to sort by for the report output.
  4. Click Preview to view the report output.
  5. Click Print to run the report and generate the output.
