About Customer Blackout Times

Use customer blackout times to identify days and times when a customer would prefer not to have services or appointments scheduled. You can set up a one-time blackout or a weekly recurring blackout, which can be used to identify when a customer is closed.

The system checks for blackout times during these processes:

  • Dispatching a partner
  • Multi-day scheduling
  • Appointment creation
  • Updating the date or time of an appointment
