Contract Estimate Paperwork
Companies that sell contracts often need to provide an estimate of the proposed
contract to the customer for review and approval.
Contract Estimate Paperwork
You can use the Contract Estimate Report to print details of contracts that are of Estimate status. When the user sets the Contracts to Be Renewed By field to the date the contract expires and runs the report, paperwork is generated that shows each payment date and amount due on that date.
The report groups estimates for like customers, and at the footer of the report provides a space for both a signature and purchase order to be captured.
Contracts
A button was added to the Service Contracts form so that paperwork can quickly be generated for the current contract. Clicking the button opens the Contract Estimate Report, pre-populated with the current contract number.
