Changing Contract Line Statuses

  1. Open the Contract Line Status Change Utility.
  2. Select the Old Status that you want to change.
  3. Select the New Status that you want to apply to the contract lines.
  4. Optionally, select ranges of values for these fields to filter the results that are displayed in the grid:
    • Contract
    • Contract Line
    • Customer
  5. Select Preview and click Process to populate the grid with the results.
  6. Select Commit and click Process to save the data and commit the changes.
