Distribution SX.e-style forms in Service Management

Versions of these new modal forms were also created in the style of Distribution SX.e forms:

• Supersedes Availability
• Supersedes Cross Reference

These forms use the appearance and flow of screens found in Distribution SX.e. These modal forms are displayed from within the CloudSuite Distribution (CSD).
