New Quick Service Order Pickup form

We added a new Quick Service Order Pickup form that lets you preview and commit your planned material transactions for a service order. By using this form, you can quickly move your planned materials from a warehouse to your truck and use those materials to complete your planned service repairs.

You can use this form to process transactions that are not awaiting parts and are ready for pickup. This new form is part of the Advanced Truck Stocking project which enhances the integration with CloudSuite Distribution (CSD).

Calendar Scheduling form enhancement

On the uplifted Calendar Scheduling form, you can now schedule appointments by dragging appointments from the To Be Scheduled tab and Local Appointment grids, to the calendar.

This enhancement includes uplifted versions of these forms:

  • Scheduling Profile To Be Scheduled Filters
  • Select Additional Tasks
  • Service Schedule Local Appointments Filter

We also restyled the fonts and the tab display in the footer of the Calendar Scheduling form to align with SoHo user interface guidelines.

Service Order Work Order Report form enhancement

To use the Customer Document Profile settings with the Service Order Work Order Report form, we added the Use Profile option on the Service Order Work Order Report form.

Printing of order invoice in French (Canada) and Spanish (Mexico)

When configured to print order invoices using the Infor Document Management (IDM), if the customer's language is set to French (Canada) or Spanish (Mexico), the labels on the order invoice are now printed in those languages.

IDM templates for quotes

You can now create and send quotes by using the new Infor Document Management (IDM) templates for quotes. These templates are stored in the IDM and are tagged with context information about the service order quote and the customer.
