Recommended settings for transactions

We recommend that you clear these fields on the Service Order (1) tab of the Service Parameters form in the back office:

• Work Entry Auto Post Labor
• Work Entry Auto Post Material
• Work Entry Auto Post Miscellaneous

If the fields are not cleared, then technicians cannot make edits to transactions.
