I accidentally changed the status of an appointment to Closed and it no longer displays in my Work Queue. How do I get it back?

Because the Calendar shows all your appointments, you can use it to locate the closed appointment.

  1. Open the Calendar form.
  2. Locate the accidentally closed appointment.
  3. Change Status back to one that is open.
  4. Return to the Work Queue.
  5. Pull down to refresh the queue. The re-opened appointment should be displayed.
Note: The background color of appointments shown on the Calendar correlate to the Appointment Status, which can make closed appointments easy to identify.
