Resubmitting an entry that is in Pending Submissions

If the entry was a result of a lost network connection, select the entry and tap the Re-submit button.

If the entry was a result of a data conflict, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Pending Submissions form.
  2. Pull down to refresh the entry.
  3. Select the values that you want to retain.
  4. After you have selected all the values, tap Re-submit.
Note: For a deadlock Pending Submission, you must re-submit the request. If it still fails, delete the Pending Submission entry and perform the original submission again.
