Looking up the resolution notes for a prior service call

If you remember the customer information of a prior appointment or approximately when it was, you can locate the appointment using either the Customer Lookup form or the Calendar.

  1. Search for the customer or date using the Customer Lookup form or the Calendar.
  2. Select the customer from the Search Results to open the Customer 360 form.
  3. Select the Service list.
  4. If there is a card with a red "(Number)" indicator, select it to open the Reason/Resolutions form and see the prior resolutions and notes in a read-only display.
A badge counter is displayed beside the first reason/resolution entry. Tap on the badge to see additional details.
