Do Not Clear Value On New property

Use the Do Not Clear Value On New property to use the value of a component for the current object as the value of the component for a new object.

Setting	Description
True	When a new object is inserted in a collection, the component retains the value from the previously current object. The component is not cleared, and it does not take a default value.
False	Default. When a new object is inserted in a collection, the component value is cleared or the component takes a default value if one is specified.
