External App Parameters
Use the External App Parameters form to maintain the user credentials for external applications, such as Infor Document Management (IDM).
This form provides a central location for application connection credentials. You must provide this information:
- The external application name
- The application instance name
- The application URL address
- Username and password credentials for the username account
- The type of authentication method
- Whether the record is active or inactive
