IDO Property Authorization for Groups
Use the IDO Property Authorization for Groups form to set up
property-level privilege authorizations for a group of users.
Any user authorizations for individuals will override the group authorizations defined on this form.
These privileges can be granted or not granted for the group for the object type:
- Read: Users can view information about objects or records. When this privilege is revoked, an error message displays. This error says that the request is denied because an IDO property with Read privileges denied is currently being used.
- Update: Users can save changes to existing objects or records. When this privilege is revoked, an error message displays. This error says that the request is denied because an IDO property with Update privileges denied is currently being used.
You can open the form from the Explorer window, or you can click on the Object Authorization for Group form.
