Active Background Tasks

This form provides many options for working with background tasks, including scheduling, viewing status, and removing or canceling tasks. This form is especially important when scheduling background tasks that recur. Many of these scheduled background tasks are for reports that are to be produced on a regular basis. You can, however, also schedule other tasks, such as utilities that can run operations in the background.

You can also use this form to enable or disable background tasks from processing.

Finally, this form can be used to cancel background tasks that have a Status of READY or RUNNING.
