Installing the tool

Note: You may need administrator privileges to install the add-in.

    1. Log in to the Infor Support Portal.
    2. Select Downloads > Products.
    3. Click Infor > Enterprise Resource Planning > Service Management.

  2. From within the ISMOfficeAddins.zip file, copy InforServiceManagementExcelAddIn32.exe to the computer on which you want to use this tool. If you are installing into Excel 64-bit, copy InforServiceManagementExcelAddIn64.exe. The computer to which you copy the file must be a client machine.
  3. Open either InforServiceManagementExcelAddIn32.exe or InforServiceManagementExcelAddIn64.exe depending on the criteria mentioned in step 1 above. The Service Management Financial Reporting Tool Excel Add-In screen is displayed.
