Generating a Sales Order Pick List

  1. Open the Order Pick List Report.
  2. Select whether you want to include open or closed sales orders.
  3. Use these check boxes to select the information you want to print on the report:
    • Print Order Notes
    • Print Internal Notes
    • Print Customer Notes
    • Print External Notes
    • Display Report Header
    • Exclude Reprints

      Select this check box to suppress any materials that have previously been included on past pick lists.

    • Include Posted
    • Barcode
    • Print Address
    • Show All Nettable Locations with QOH
    • Include Serial Numbers
    • Print Item With No Inventory
  4. Select the range of orders to include in the report.
  5. Select the range of due dates to include in the report. Use these dates to filter the service order and sales order lines included in the report.
  6. Select Increment Date if you want to put the report on the Background Queue and re-run the report based on the increment selected.
  7. The current warehouse is displayed in the Warehouse and Line Item Warehouse fields. Optionally, select different warehouse for each field.
  8. Click Preview to view the output before running the report.
  9. Click Print to run the report and print the output.
