Adding a New Campaign

  1. On the Campaigns form, select Actions > New.
  2. Specify this information:
    Campaign
    Specify a value to use as the identifier for the campaign. If left blank, the system generates a unique value using the prefix specified on the CRM Parameters form, if designated.
    Description
    Specify a description for the campaign.
    Type
    Select a campaign type to categorize the campaign.
    Status
    Select a campaign status that best represents the current stage of the campaign.
    Owner
    Specify the partner ID of the team or individual responsible for the campaign.
    Start Date
    Select the date on which the campaign becomes effective.
    End Date
    Select the date on which the campaign is no longer active.
  3. Save the record.
