Total Inventory Value by Account Report

This report list all items sorted by account. The cost for labor, material, fixed overhead, variable overhead, and outside services displays for each Item.

If you restrict the report by material status or other criteria, only those materials within the selection are considered in the cost calculations.

Note: Inventory value can only be assigned to an individual warehouse or range of warehouses for items valued through the Specific cost method. For items valued through Average, Standard, LIFO, and FIFO methods, values are stored across all warehouses for the item. Entering values in the Warehouse field, therefore, only provides meaningful data when the item or items reported on are valued through the Specific cost method.
