Maintaining Supplemental Items

  1. On the Supplemental Items form, select a parent item.

    A description of the item is displayed.

  2. In the Supplemental Item field, select an item to use in support of the parent item.

    A description of the item is displayed.

  3. In the Quantity field, specify the amount of the supplemental item that is required.
  4. These fields are populated based on the supplemental item:
    U/M
    Select the unit of measure for the item.
    Quantity on Hand
    The amount of the item on hand is displayed.
    Quantity Available to Rent
    The amount of the item that is available for rent is displayed.
  5. Save the record.
