Deleting Interactions

  1. Open the Delete Interactions form.
  2. Select the type of interaction you want to delete.
  3. For these fields, select the range of values to include in the process:
    • Company/Customer/Vendor
    • Interaction
    • Interaction Date
    • Follow-Up Date
    • Topic
  4. For the Interaction Date and Follow-Up Date fields, select Increment Date if you want to put the utility on the background queue and automatically re-run the process based on the selected frequency.
  5. Click Process.
