Attaching an Image to a Record

  1. In the back office, open the Attachments form in one of these ways:
    • Right-click in the Picture field and select Remove Picture or Select Picture.
    • Click the Documents toolbar button and add a new record using the applicable Document Type.
  2. On a mobile form, click the Attachments button.
  3. Click the Import button to upload a new picture, or use the arrow buttons to select an existing picture.
  4. Optionally, select Primary Picture to set the picture as the primary image for the record and display it on the maintenance form for that record.
  5. For new imports, specify a name and description of the picture.
  6. Save the record.
