Open the Rental Counter form.

Select the contract for which you want to find a better rental rate.

Click Check In to open the
Rental Check In/Out form.

Click Calculate
Better Rates to open the Rental Better
Rates form.
A list of the best rates for each contract line is displayed.

Select the lines for which you want to use the better rate.

Click OK to return to the
Rental Check In form, with the new rates displayed for
the contract lines. The total rental amount is recalculated.
On the
Contract
Lines form, the
Rate value is updated. The
Original Rate fields show the previous rate.
Note: After you have selected the
new rates and clicked OK
on the Rental Better Rates form, you cannot
return to the original rate.
