Generating a Rental Pick List Report

  1. Open the Rental Pick List Report in one of these ways:
    • Open the Rental Pick List Report directly.
    • Open the Rental Counter and search or filter for the desired contract. Click Rental Pick List Report to open the Rental Pick List Report.

      When you open the report from the Rental Counter, some of the fields described below are already populated.

  2. Select the statuses of the contracts that you want to include in the report:
    • Open
    • Closed
    • Hold
    • Estimate
  3. Use these check boxes to select the information that you want to include on the report output:
    • Print Contract Notes
    • Print Contract Line Notes
    • Print Internal Notes
    • Print External Notes
    • Exclude Reprints
    • Include Serial Numbers
    • Barcode
    • Display Report Header
  4. For these fields, select the ranges that you want to include in the report:
    • Contract
    • Contract Start Date
    • Service Type
  5. The default warehouse from the Contract Parameters form is displayed in the Warehouse and Line Item Warehouse fields. Optionally, select a different warehouse for each field.
  6. Select whether you want to order the report output by item or contract line.
  7. Click Preview to view the output before printing the report.
  8. Click Print to run the report and print the output.
After generating the report, the Pick List Printed check box is selected on the Rental Counter for the current contract line.
Note: If you are integrated with SX.e, and the rental items that you are trying to locate are in an SX.e location, the system uses the Bin Location fields on the Item/Warehouse form, Item Lot Locations form, or Units form to locate the items.
